Your first consultation is absolutely FREE.
All new clients are required to book an initial consultation, which typically takes 30 to 40 minutes. This consultation gives you a chance to come & meet your trainer, see the private training facility, talk about your goals, what you would like to achieve for yourself & discuss how we can work towards them together. You’ll be asked to complete a screening & waiver form & then complete some basic, non-strenuous movement screening. We will also talk about your current lifestyle & daily eating habits as these play an important role in the whole process. There is no obligation to make a purchase even after a consultation, but if you’re happy to do so & get started we can then choose the best training option to suit you, your goals and your schedule, take any relevant starting body stats if you’d like to closely monitor progressions, then we can book you in for your first training session at a time that suits you.

Or, if you’d like to come in to the gym for a consultation before deciding on a training package, just get in touch directly and we’ll set that up, free of charge, before you make any decisions.
