Personal Training Package Options
There are 4, 6, 8 or 10 week Personal Training packages to choose from, you decide how often you can train per week. Weeks run consecutively. If you are unsure what would suit you, get in touch for help or see our FAQ's for a guide.
Your first consultation is FREE.
All new clients are required to book an initial consultation, this gives you a chance to come & meet your trainer, see the private training facility, talk about your goals, what you would like to achieve for yourself & discuss how we can work towards them together. You’ll be asked to complete a screening & waiver form & then complete some basic, non-strenuous movement screening. There is no obligation to make a purchase, but if you’re happy to do so & get started, we can take any relevant starting body stats if you’d like to closely monitor progressions, then we’ll book you in your first training session.

Or, if you’d like to come in to the gym for a consultation before deciding on a training package, just get in touch directly and we’ll set that up free of charge before you make any decisions.
