Personal Training Package Options
There are options of 4 to 12 week Personal Training packages to choose from, you decide how often you can train per week. Weeks run consecutively. If you are unsure what would suit you, get in touch for help or see our FAQ's for a guide.
Single Training Sessions also available.

All new clients are required to book an initial consultation, which you can find details of here.
You can get started either by making a purchase below and you'll be contacted to arrange your initial consultation. Or, if you’d like to come in to the gym for a consultation before deciding on a training package, just get in touch directly and we’ll set that up free of charge before you make any decisions.
Private ‘Client Login’ Page
All Private Personal Training & Semi-Private Training clients are assigned a private ‘client login’ page. Each client gets their own login, which is private to them. It's a place where you can see all the details of your purchased package, your training term, as well as your completed & scheduled appointments. On request, you can also opt to have your bodystats comparisons there for your private viewing too.
All clients will also be given full access to the ‘Client Resources’ page, a password protected page where you will find additional information, including a welcome pack and a Nutrition PDF which has lots of helpful information, nutrition tips, grocery shopping lists and lots more. You will find information and guidance to help make the changes needed for your body to really get the very best from your efforts in the gym.
