Personal Training Package Options
There are 4, 6, 8 or 10 week Personal Training packages to choose from, you decide how often you can train per week. Weeks run consecutively. If you are unsure what would suit you, get in touch for help or see our FAQ's for a guide.
Your first consultation is FREE.
All new clients are required to book an initial consultation, which typically takes 30 to 40 minutes. This consultation gives you a chance to come & meet your trainer, see the private training facility, talk about your goals, what you would like to achieve for yourself & discuss how we can work towards them together. You’ll be asked to complete a screening & waiver form & then complete some basic, non-strenuous movement screening. We will also talk about your current lifestyle & daily eating habits as these play an important role in the whole process. There is no obligation to make a purchase even after a consultation, but if you’re happy to do so & get started, we can take any relevant starting body stats if you’d like to monitor progressions, then we’ll book you in your first training session at a time that suits you.

Or, if you’d like to come in to the gym for a consultation before deciding on a training package, just get in touch directly and we’ll set that up free of charge before you make any decisions.
All Private Personal Training & Semi-Private Training clients are assigned a private ‘client login’ page. Each client gets their own login, which is private to them. It's a place where you can see all the details of your purchased package, your training term, as well as your completed & scheduled appointments. On request, you can also opt to have your bodystats comparisons there for your private viewing too.
