Get In and Get it Done in under 30 minutes!

Not Essential But Recommended Equipment:
• Floor Mat / Exercise Mat
• Dumbbells - ideally 2 or 3 pairs (from 3kg-15kg)
• Kettlebells - ideally 2 weights (from 6kg-16kg).
- Light to mid weight range is best for most individuals.
You don’t necessarily need large weights.

A €5 setup fee is charged for access on you first transaction. You will not be charged this fee again if you continue to renew at the end of each period. If your payments stop and you decide to restart at a later date, you will again be charged the €5 setup fee as your account has to be setup manually each time.

All you need to get the most from your workout at Home: Two Different Pairs of Dumbbells, Two Different Weight Kettlebells, A Ground Mat.
