Training Package Options:
• Choose from 4, 8, 12, or 16-week package terms.
• Train 1–4 times per week, or book individual, single sessions.
• More frequent training leads to faster progress.
• Package deals offer savings — the highest package saves €720 (equal to 13+ free sessions).
• Sessions are 40 to 45 minutes long.
• Weeks run consecutively (see Terms & Conditions).
Consultation & Getting Started:
• All new clients get a free initial consultation.
• Clients must complete a client intake form & questionnaire.
