Note on Gym Hygiene
Please help keep the gym clean by wiping your feet thoroughly before entering on the gym floor, ensure your hands are clean and use a sweat towel where needed on and around the equipment. A high level of hygiene and cleanliness is a priority in the gym, thank you.


Gym Holidays - One Week April

Gym Closed Monday 31st March to Friday 4th April. All package sessions will be carried over as usual for active gym clients. Normal Hours Resume April Monday 7th.


NEW - 4 Sessions Weekly Option

New for clients who want to do more & give more of their time to closing the gap on those goals & make as much change & progress as possible. Personal Training options for up to 4 sessions weekly are now available. Be aware that as with all package terms, package weeks run consecutively, you must be able to commit your time to making your sessions.

Kettlebell Group Sessions

Kettlebell Group Training - Small groups limited to 8 people per class, Thursday evenings at 8:15pm - 9pm. Click here or get in touch for more information. Sessions must be prepaid to secure your place.

REMINDER RE: Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations: A minimum of 12 hours notice must be given for cancelled sessions as per the agreed terms & conditions of service. Adequate notice is required so that working hours are not lost. Failure to provide 12 hours notice will result in a session lost.

No Show: Any no show for a scheduled session will be forfeited. If a client is more than 15 minutes late with no contact made, it will be treated as a no show and the session will be forfeited.

Minimum of 12 hours notice must be given for cancelled appointments.
