Kettlebell Group Sessions Information
Kettlebell Training Sessions are approximately 40 minutes, this is made up of roughly 5mins setup, exercise run-through and warm up, 25 to 30mins of hard work and approx.5mins cool down time. Sessions start 8:15pm sharp and finish for 9pm. Maximum of just 8 clients per group.

Arriving & What to Bring For Class Sessions
Sessions start at 8:15pm, please don’t arrive in the gym before 8:10pm. This is to allow Private PT clients to leave and for the gym to be organised for your session. If it’s your first time at the gym, please arrive ahead of the session start time to fill in your screening and intake form, thank you. You should always bring bottled water and a sweat towel with you to your training sessions.

Kettlebell Training Package Terms
Kettlebell Classes run in blocks of 6 classes over 6 weeks (6 week terms). There is also the option of 12 classes over 12 weeks (2× 6 week terms) which provides a €30 saving. Your space must be Prebooked & Prepaid, spaces cannot be held without payment.

Their Versatility and Adaptability to suit all levels, beginners to advanced. Kettlebells are some of the greatest most versatile pieces of gym equipment, working with them will improve your cardiovascular endurance, your flexibility, mobility, coordination, muscular endurance and strength. They build lean strong muscles, tightening, shaping and toning all areas of the body while stripping bodyfat effectively.
Kettlebell exercises are easily adaptable to suit anyones fitness level, physical strength and abilities, whether you’ve a little or a lot of physical training experience.

Term weeks run consecutively and there are no carryovers for missed group sessions as per T's&C's. Clients are required to pay ahead of arriving for their first group session to secure their booking. This can be done remotely with a secure payment link or in the gym in advance. All new clients are required to fill in a client intake form.
