Note on Gym Hygiene
A high level of hygiene is a priority in the gym. Please help by wiping your feet thoroughly on arrival, make sure your hands are clean & use a sweat towel around the equipment & on the gym floor, thank you.
Home Workouts 2024
Existing Clients will receive full FREE access to all home workout videos up to the end of April 2024 as videos are being added. A large amount of content will be added in that time & charges will apply From March onwards, with 30% off for active Personal Training clients.
InBody Scan Charges for 2024
InBody Composition Scans remain unchanged at €40 for one scan & €65 for two scans. From Jan 1st 2024 active Personal Training clients will pay only €15 for one scan, or €25 for two scans.
VAT on services for 2024
As of January 1st 2024, 13.5% VAT is charged on all services at PKV Personal Training. There are still substantial savings for clients with Training Package Options.
Summer Holiday 2024
The Gym will be closed for a 2 week break in July 2024. It will be open up to and including Friday 28th of June. The gym will be then be closed Monday 1st to Friday 12th inclusive. All package sessions will be paused and resume from Monday 15th July.
NOTICE RE: Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations: A minimum of 12 hours notice must be given for cancelled sessions as per the agreed terms & conditions of service. Adequate notice is required so that working hours are not lost. Failure to provide 12 hours notice will result in a session lost. Late arrivals will end at the usual time so that the next client is not held up on their arrival.
No Show: Any no show for a scheduled session will be forfeited. If a client is running late, it is best to send a message to give notice they are on their way for their appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late with no contact made, it will be treated as a no show and the session will be forfeited.
Minimum of 12 hours notice must be given for cancelled appointments.
